Gazprom sets 40 bln rbl bond coupon guidance at 8.1–8.25%

MOSCOW, Jul 24 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom has set the first coupon’s guidance for 40 billion ruble 30-year exchange bonds at 8.10–8.25% annually, a banking source told PRIME on Tuesday.

The guidance corresponds to an 8.26–8.42% annual yield to a 7-year put.

The issue carries semiannual coupons. The company preliminary scheduled the technical placement for July 31.

(Gazprombank, VTB Capital, Renaissance Capital, and Sberbank CIB act as the organizers of the placement.
